Ampere Business Solutions is a faith-based Project and Operations Strategy firm dedicated to empowering Christian leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and CEOs to fulfill their God-given assignment in life.

Founded in 2021 by Christian entrepreneur Anjanée Ferguson-Smith, Ampere has partnered with organizations across the U.S. and Jamaica, providing Christian business strategy, operations consulting, process improvement, risk management, and project execution support. With a decade of experience, Anjanée has successfully led the creation of over 150 God-inspired projects for faith-driven businesses, nonprofits, and leaders.

8 Biblical Truths We Live By

Your Work Is An Act Of Discipleship.

Acts 26:16-18

The project or platform that God placed in your heart was meant to do more than just make you money. This is your ministry. Your evangelism is not separate and distinct. You will share God’s truth and save souls THROUGH your gift. And when you release yourself to do that unapologetically you will find undeniable success for yourself and God’s kingdom.

God Creates, You Discern.

Proverbs 3:5-7

There is nothing for you to “figure out” when it comes to fulfilling your assignment. God has already gone before you to plot the course that leads to your ultimate good. Your job is not to make a way for yourself through your own wisdom or strength. Your job is to seek God, flee from evil, and follow the path He sets before you.

Working For God Will Make You Money.

Mark 10:29-31

When you give up your own selfish ambitions to fulfill the call of Christ He WILL reward you for it, 100-fold, in the land of the living. Jesus tells us so Himself in the verse in Mark. And I want to be very clear, He does not say you will recieve a 100 percent increase, He says 100 FOLD. He will give you back 100 times anything you’ve given up in His name, including any amount of money you would’ve made on your own. That is a promise of God that you can take to the bank.

You are God’s Social Proof.

1 Peter 2:9

As a chosen vessel, your very existence is proof of the goodness of God. As you go further into your walk with Christ and start to see Him transforming every area of your life, you will become a a living testimony. You will become proof for others of what is possible when you do it through God. Every part of your life will minister to someone’s soul and you will be a walking billboard for God’s kingdom. That is when you will know that your great commission, your destiny, your assignment, has been fulfilled. All glory be to God!

You Need to Manage What’s Yours Well.

Luke 12:42-48

When God sees He can trust you with much, He will continue to give you much. But if you mishandle what He’s entrusted to you He WILL snatch it back (and that’s on Saul). That does not mean you have to be perfect. But it does mean that you have to do everything in your power to manage God’s blessings with care. Whether it’s learning new skills, healing old wounds, letting go of baggage, hiring help, or moving with blind obedience, you must do whatever it takes to maintain God’s blessing well.

Your Assignment Will Change You.

Romans 12:1-2

The only way to fully understand, execute on, and fulfill your divine assignment is to transform into an image-bearer of Christ. That means daily dying to self, renewal of your mind, and transformation into the authentic identity God prepared for you while you were still in your mother’s womb. God won’t bless who you pretend to be. He will call you to stand in authority as the whole, chosen vessel that He created you to be. THEN and only then will your destiny be fulfilled.

You Cannot Succeed By Your Own Might.

Zechariah 4:6

You cannot hustle your way into a fulfilled destiny. In fact, the more you grind, reject sabbath rest, and try to do it on your own, the farther you will get from fulfilling the assignment God placed on your life. You will not find success in your destiny projects by your own power. But you CAN do all things THROUGH Christ. So lean on Him and He will help you succeed.

Yes, Your Assignment Is Big. But you were made for it.

Ephesians 2:10

The Lord gave you a God-sized vision, but it will not overwhelm you. And when it comes to this specific project, business, or assignment, God has already prepared you and your life in advance to make it happen. I know it seems like a heavy mantle to carry, but in your weakness He is made strong. So be strong and courageous. You WILL succeed. He’s already made it so.
