I'll Be A Joseph On Your Journey—A Destiny Helper on Your Path To Accomplish More!

My goal is to serve as a Joseph for every Christian leader that I work with, helping you navigate your walk to your highest potential in Christ.

Throughout his entire life Joseph was anointed to be a destiny helper. Whether it was as a hand in Potiphar's house, a support system for the warden in prison, or as 2nd in command to all of Egypt, wherever Joseph stepped he brought peaceful guidance, organized increase, and supernatural overflow.

"From the day Joseph was put in charge of his master’s household and property, the Lord began to bless Potiphar’s household for Joseph’s sake. All his household affairs ran smoothly, and his crops and livestock flourished."

Genesis 39:5

During those years, Joseph gathered all the crops grown in Egypt and stored the grain from the surrounding fields in the cities. He piled up huge amounts of grain like sand on the seashore. Finally, he stopped keeping records because there was too much to measure.

Anjanee Ferguson-Smith is an international strategist and executive coach who empowers Christian leaders to perform at their highest potential in Christ through God and systems. She believes servant-leaders deserve to make an impact, life a full life, AND create wealth without burning themselves out or compromising their beliefs.

Balancing 5 businesses, a loving husband, two fur babies, continual education, an active church life and amazing relationships is no feat, but Anjanee maintains that she's only able to manage it all through Christ and systems.

Anjanee boasts a BS in Advertising Communications and an MA in Strategic Communications, both from Christian universities with a strong biblical foundation, as well as numerous certifications in operations, business management, and marketing.

Armed with biblical principles and business best practices, Anjanee teaches purpose-driven entrepreneurs to run their Christian, nonprofit, and mission-based businesses from a place of ease and excellence and set themselves up for years of lasting success no matter how quickly or how large they grow.
